Stay & Use of the Lodge
Lappvall Lodge accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the Lodge.
Check-in is from 16:00
Check-out is before 10:00
Payment
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is required.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
If the booking is made within this period, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, will be charged in full.
Damage & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
We trust our guests to inform us of any damage so we can resolve it in a fair and respectful way.
House Rules
We’ve created Lappvall Lodge as a calm and welcoming place to stay.
To preserve this experience for every guest, we kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines.
Respect & atmosphere
Lappvall Lodge is not a party house. Quiet hours should be respected, especially in the evenings.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at the lodge.
This helps us maintain the quality of the space and respect the surrounding wildlife.
Fire & outdoor use
The use of the fireplace, sauna, fire pit and outdoor areas is at your own responsibility.
We kindly ask guests to use fire with care and follow basic safety guidelines.
Care for the lodge
We kindly ask guests to treat the lodge with care and respect, as if it were their own.
Respect for Nature
Lappvall Lodge is located in a unique natural environment.
We kindly ask guests to respect the surroundings, wildlife and local community.
